At Eco Diversified International, we are committed to delivering high-quality training, consultancy, and capacity development services. Your satisfaction is important to us.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

2.1 Service Dissatisfaction

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you may request a refund by contacting us within 7 days of service completion.

2.2 Service Defects

If there is a defect or failure in service delivery that is attributable to Eco Diversified International, you may request a full refund.

2.3 Cancellation by Us

If we cancel a scheduled service for any reason, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Failure to attend scheduled sessions without prior notice
  • Client-initiated cancellations less than 48 hours before scheduled service delivery
  • Partial completion of services where the client chooses to discontinue
  • Dissatisfaction due to the client’s failure to implement recommendations or participate actively

4. Refund Process

4.1 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Send an email to support@ecodiversifiednetwork.org
  2. Include your name, service details, payment reference, and reason for refund request
  3. Provide any supporting documentation if applicable
4.2 Review Process
  • We will review your refund request within 5-7 business days
  • You will receive an email notification regarding the approval or denial of your request
  • If additional information is needed, we will contact you
4.3 Refund Timeline
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 2-3 weeks from the date of approval
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used
  • You will receive confirmation once the refund has been processed

5. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds based on:

  • Percentage of service completed
  • Nature of the service defect or issue
  • Specific circumstances of the case

6. Future Services

Currently, all our services are eligible for refund consideration. Should we introduce non-refundable services in the future, this will be clearly communicated at the point of purchase.

7. Payment Processing Fees

Please note that payment processing fees charged by third-party payment providers (including Flutterwave) are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund amount.
